Abstract:

The DHS Program strives to enhance the capacities of DHS partners and increase country accountability and ownership of survey data, as well as the processes for data collection, analysis, dissemination, and use. The goal of the DHS Program's capacity strengthening program is to strengthen the capacity of DHS implementing partners by equipping them with the tools, resources, skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary for conducting household or facility-based surveys.
