Abstract: The article reports on the effect of the health workers visit in Bangladesh for 20 years. It notes that the start of military regime in 1975 has aroused the establishment of an integrated health and family planning program. It introduces the Family Welfare Assistant (FWA) program which includes young, educated and female family planning workers.
